destination wedding or elopement?
We love to travel and photograph weddings in new places. We strive to make travel fees as affordable as possible to be able to capture your dream wedding! For all travel weddings, we build a custom package to accommodate the travel and shooting that will perfectly serve your needs. Tell us all the things and we will create the perfect collection for you!
1. So how many wedding pictures do I get?
We average 80-100 edited images per hour at weddings. All images are first delivered through an online gallery that can be easily shared with family and friends. Professional prints can also be ordered through this gallery if desired. However, you do have the right to print anywhere you’d like, too! One USB will be sent to the bride and groom after the digital gallery is available.
2. What is included with the video add-on?
You will receive a 8-12 minute highlight film fully edited with music and voice overs. We also provide you with full footage of first looks, entire ceremony, first dances, and reception speeches. All videos are delivered through an online gallery that can easily be shared with family and friends. The gallery also allows you to stream your footage directly to your television if desired. Footage will be added to the bride and groom's USB with photos.
3. When will we get our photos after our wedding?
You will receive your wedding gallery 8 weeks after your wedding date.
4. Do you have extra equipment & insurance?
I arrive at your wedding with a variety of lenses and gear to be prepared for any situation or any equipment failure. We carry business insurance and liability. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, we have no problem supplying that!
5. How and when do I make a payment?
We accept cash, credit, and checks. Your balance is broken into thirds. To reserve your date, one third of your balance is due upon booking. The second third is due 90 days pre wedding, and final payment is due 30 days before your wedding. All contracts can be signed online from anywhere in the world!
6. If we want to book you, what’s next?
If we agree that we are a good fit for each other, we will send an online client workspace with a proposal, payment request, and contract. You can sign and pay directly online. No date is reserved without a fully signed contract and paid reservation retainer.
